Helping people live safely, independently, and with dignity at home

Falls are the leading cause of injury among older adults — and most happen at home. Yet millions of seniors live in homes that aren't safe or accessible, and many can't afford the modifications that could protect them. We bridge the gap between what the research says and what families actually experience.

Research-Driven Prevention

We invest in and disseminate fall prevention research so that clinical professionals and families have access to the latest evidence on what works — from bathroom safety design to mobility-friendly home layouts. Our educational programs are built on science, not guesswork.

Real-World Home Upgrades

We work with our partner network of CAPS-certified aging-in-place specialists to help seniors access critical home safety upgrades — grab bars, walk-in showers, ramps, and improved lighting — making it easier for families to find trusted solutions.
